Timings: 6:30 PM IST to 3:30 AM IST (US Shift)
About the Role
We are looking for detail-oriented and energetic Junior Recruiters to join our team. The primary focus of this role will be to apply jobs for consultants across different job portals and ensure timely submissions that increase placement opportunities. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers or entry-level candidates looking to start their career in recruitment and staffing.
Key Responsibilities
Apply to job postings on multiple portals (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.) for available consultants.
Maintain and update a tracker for job submissions and report daily activities to the team lead.
Ensure job applications are aligned with consultant skills, experience, and preferences.
Follow up on submitted applications, coordinate with vendors/clients when required.
Assist senior recruiters with resume formatting, profile submissions, and interview scheduling.
Learn and implement basic IT staffing and recruitment practices.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree preferred (Freshers encouraged to apply).
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Familiarity with job boards/portals is a plus, but training will be provided.
Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and eager to learn recruitment processes.
