Director of Product Management

Role Description This full-time remote Director of Product Management role at Fintech Solutions is responsible for setting product vision and driving end-to-end product lifecycle across multiple fintech offerings. The Director leads product discovery and definition, translates market and customer insights into clear roadmaps, and partners with engineering, design, and data teams to deliver high-impact releases on time. Daily activities include prioritizing backlog items, reviewing product metrics, guiding experimentation and A/B testing, and ensuring alignment with business goals and regulatory requirements. The role also involves mentoring product managers, facilitating cross-functional communication, and presenting product plans and performance updates to senior leadership and key stakeholders.
Qualifications
Strong product strategy and product management skills, with experience owning roadmaps and driving end-to-end product delivery.
Advanced analytical skills, including comfort with product metrics, data-driven decision-making, and translating insights into actionable plans.
Proven team leadership capabilities, with experience managing and developing product managers and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Solid project management skills, including prioritization, timeline management, and risk mitigation in complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
Experience in fintech or financial services, with familiarity of industry trends, customer needs, and regulatory considerations.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex concepts clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
Demonstrated ability to thrive in a remote, fast-paced environment, balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
