About Condé Nast
Condé Nast is a global media company reaching more than 1 billion consumers across 32 territories through print, digital, video and social platforms. Condé Nast India produces premium titles including Vogue, GQ, Condé Nast Traveller and Architectural Digest (AD), creating compelling content and experiences for some of India’s most influential audiences.
About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Performance Marketing Associate with strong hands-on expertise across Meta Ads and Google Ads to plan, execute, optimise and scale paid media campaigns across Condé Nast India’s brands, events and digital initiatives.
This is a hands-on performance marketing role requiring experience across conversion and lead generation campaigns, full-funnel strategy, audience segmentation, budget allocation, optimisation, tracking and measurement. Strong working knowledge of Meta Pixel, Conversion API (CAPI), GA4 and Google Tag Manager (GTM) is important.
We are looking for someone who combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution and can identify why a campaign is or isn’t performing and turn those insights into action.
What You’ll Do
Own performance marketing campaigns end-to-end across Meta Ads and Google Ads, including planning, setup, execution, optimisation and reporting.
Plan and execute Conversion/Sales and Lead Generation campaigns across the full funnel, from prospecting and awareness to conversion and retargeting.
Build and optimise campaign structures across audiences, targeting, placements, bidding strategies, budgets and creatives.
Own audience strategy and segmentation, including prospecting, custom audiences, lookalikes, remarketing and first-party audiences.
Manage budgets and make data-led decisions around allocation, pacing and scaling based on performance and business priorities.
Optimise against key metrics including CTR, CPC, CPM, CPL/CPA, CVR, CAC and ROAS.
Run structured creative, audience, messaging and landing-page tests to improve conversion and efficiency.
Analyse campaign and funnel performance to identify drop-offs, inefficiencies and growth opportunities.
Work closely with creative and content teams to provide performance-led creative insights and recommendations.
Manage and troubleshoot Meta Pixel, conversion events and tracking, and work with CAPI/server-side tracking where required.
Use GA4 and GTM for event tracking, conversion measurement, campaign analysis and troubleshooting.
Maintain UTM and tracking frameworks and monitor attribution and cross-platform performance.
Translate data into clear insights, recommendations and next steps for internal stakeholders.
What We’re Looking For
4+ years of hands-on performance marketing experience, with direct responsibility for campaign setup, execution, optimisation and reporting.
Strong hands-on expertise in Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads, including Google Search and paid social.
Proven experience managing Conversion/Sales and Lead Generation campaigns.
Strong understanding of full-funnel strategy, audience segmentation, targeting, retargeting, bidding and budget allocation.
Hands-on understanding of Meta Pixel, event tracking, custom conversions and troubleshooting.
Working knowledge of CAPI/server-side tracking, GA4 and GTM.
Strong understanding of performance metrics including CTR, CPC, CPM, CPL/CPA, CVR, CAC and ROAS and how they connect to business outcomes.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify what to scale, optimise, test or stop.
Ability to use performance data to provide actionable creative and campaign recommendations.
Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly explain performance, insights and recommendations.
Comfortable taking ownership and working independently while collaborating across creative, content, web/development and business teams.
Culture Fit
You thrive in a fast-paced, ownership-driven environment where ideas move quickly from strategy to execution.
You have a test-and-learn mindset and are curious about why campaigns perform the way they do.
You are analytical, accountable and have strong communication skills.
You are comfortable working across multiple teams and priorities.
You balance strategic thinking with a willingness to be hands-on in execution.
