Full-Stack AI Engineer

We are looking for a Full-Stack AI Engineer with 2+ years of experience who can combine strong software engineering capabilities with AI to build and ship intelligent, scalable products—not just AI prototypes. The role involves working across frontend, backend and AI to build production-ready healthcare products and workflows.
What You'll Do
Build end-to-end AI-powered healthcare products and workflows
Develop scalable frontend and backend applications
Integrate LLMs, GenAI, RAG, AI agents and automation into real-world use cases
Build and integrate APIs, databases and third-party services
Work closely with Product, Design and Business teams to convert problems into working solutions
Deploy, monitor and continuously improve AI-enabled applications
Write clean, maintainable and production-ready code
Must have
2+ years of experience in full-stack software development Strong hands-on experience with React / Next.js Strong backend experience with Node.js, Python or Java Experience with REST APIs, SQL/NoSQL databases and cloud platforms Practical experience with LLMs, GenAI and AI APIs Understanding of RAG, embeddings, vector databases and prompt engineering Strong problem-solving and product mindset Ability to take ownership and move quickly from idea → prototype → production

Experience building AI agents or AI automation workflows Healthcare / HealthTech experience Experience with AWS / Azure / GCP Familiarity with LangChain, LlamaIndex or similar AI frameworks Experience with Docker and CI/CD
