Founding Engineer

Founding Engineer role focused on building production systems and owning AI/LLM, evaluation, and product problems end to end. The role requires strong engineering depth, comfort with ambiguity, and a hands-on approach to shipping production products.
What You'll Do
Own problems across the AI agent, evaluations and product
Build and improve LLM-powered systems
Design how the AI behaves across a full user session
Build evaluation systems to measure AI performance and learning
Build product experiences around AI interactions
Work on voice, thinking, drawing and conversational interactions
Ship and iterate on production features
Take ownership of whatever the product needs next
Help shape how the engineering team builds and ships
Must have
2+ years of experience building production systems Strong understanding of LLMs Experience with prompting, structured outputs, tool use and evals Familiarity with AI coding agents such as Claude Code, Cursor or similar Strong engineering depth and problem-solving ability Comfortable working with undefined scope and taking end-to-end ownership Willing to work in person in Bengaluru From a top-20 engineering college or a top Indian startup Interested in shipping production products rather than demos

Experience building LLM or agent systems that were the core product of a company
