We are looking for a Senior Growth Marketing Manager (Underwater Security) to drive our go-to-market strategy, accelerate growth, and strengthen our position in the rapidly evolving underwater security market.
Optics11 is a fast-growing technology company developing advanced fiber-optic sensing solutions for some of the world’s most demanding environments.
Within our Underwater Security business, we develop innovative sensing technologies that help detect and monitor underwater threats. Our solutions include OptiBarrier, designed for immediate, over-the-horizon threat detection, and OptiArray, our low-power optical thin-line towed array for unmanned underwater vehicles and submarines.
As our business continues to grow internationally, we are looking for a Senior Growth Marketing Manager to strengthen our commercial growth and demand generation capabilities.
About the role:
This is a senior, hands-on B2B marketing role with a clear commercial focus.
You will take ownership of our growth marketing and digital demand engine, turning market interest into engaged target accounts and qualified pipeline.
From ABM and integrated campaigns to HubSpot, content, LinkedIn and customer journeys, you will connect our marketing activities into one measurable growth approach.
Working closely with Sales, Product, Engineering and Events, you will help us reach the right accounts, build engagement throughout long and complex buying cycles, and continuously improve how Marketing contributes to commercial growth.
What will you do?
Own and execute our B2B growth, demand generation and account-based marketing (ABM) strategy.
Build targeted campaigns around priority accounts, audiences, products and different stages of the buying journey.
Lead campaigns end to end – from concept and planning to launch, optimization, reporting and scaling.
Develop integrated campaigns across content, LinkedIn, email, webinars, landing pages, website and events.
Own our content marketing approach and work with Product, Engineering and Sales to turn complex technical topics into clear and compelling content.
Optimize the customer journey from first interaction through lead, MQL and SQL to qualified opportunity.
Own and continuously improve HubSpot, including lead scoring, workflows, nurture campaigns, lifecycle stages, reporting and attribution.
Drive website conversion, organic and paid LinkedIn, SEO and other relevant digital marketing activities.
Measure account engagement, conversion and pipeline performance and turn insights into concrete improvements.
Manage relevant agencies and external marketing partners.
