Printed Circuit Board Designer

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Printed Circuit Board (PCB) Designer role located in Pune City. The PCB Designer will be responsible for designing and developing PCB layouts for operating panels and related electronic control systems. Day-to-day tasks include creating circuit schematics, defining board architecture, selecting appropriate components, and ensuring signal integrity and compliance with electrical and safety standards. The role involves collaborating with electrical and electronics engineers, reviewing design requirements, performing design revisions based on testing feedback, and preparing documentation for manufacturing and assembly. The PCB Designer will also support prototype builds, troubleshoot design issues, and contribute to continuous improvement of product reliability and performance.
Qualifications
Circuit Design and Analog design skills for creating reliable and efficient PCB layouts.
Strong Electronics and Electrical Engineering knowledge for selecting components and ensuring compliance with standards.
Proficiency with PCB design software tools (e.g., Altium Designer, KiCad, Eagle, or similar).
Ability to read and create schematics, BOMs, and manufacturing documentation.
Understanding of EMC/EMI practices, grounding, and safety requirements in industrial control systems.
Relevant diploma or degree in Electronics or Electrical Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to work collaboratively on-site with cross-functional teams.
