🔹 2+ years of experience in IT/Technical Recruitment
🔹 Strong sourcing experience through LinkedIn, Dice, job portals, etc.
🔹 Excellent candidate screening and technical understanding
🔹 Strong communication, follow-up, and negotiation skills
🔹 Ability to handle multiple requirements and work in a fast-paced environment
⭐ BIGGEST PLUS / ADDED ADVANTAGE:
Experience working on Semiconductor / VLSI / Hardware / Engineering recruitment requirements.
Experience hiring for ASIC, FPGA, DFT, Design Verification, Physical Design, Emulation, Validation, ATE, Semiconductor Hardware, Packaging, or related engineering roles will be a major advantage.
