Working Hours: 8 AM to 5 PM EST (EVENING SHIFT IN INDIA)

1. Student Communication & Support
Respond promptly and professionally to student queries via WhatsApp, email, or calls.
Maintain a supportive, empathetic, and solution-oriented communication style.
Track unresolved queries and follow up until resolution to ensure student satisfaction.
2. Lead Management & Onboarding
Respond to new leads by sharing detailed course and fee information.
Call prospective students to answer their questions and guide them toward the right program.
Manage onboarding of new students — confirm enrollment, collect required details, and introduce them to their assigned trainer or group.
3. Database Management
Maintain and regularly update records of all new and existing students, including contact details, enrollment status, course level, trainer assignment, and payment information.
Ensure data accuracy and confidentiality across all digital platforms or internal tracking systems.
Maintain logs of follow-ups and lead progress.
4. Trainer Coordination & Slot Management
Maintain visibility of all trainer schedules and available slots.
Coordinate with trainers to confirm class timings, address schedule changes, or fill open slots.
Ensure proper student-trainer allocation for both 1-on-1 and group sessions.
5. Scheduling & Operations
Help maintain and update the master schedule of all batches.
Communicate any schedule changes, holidays, or make-up sessions to students promptly.
Support transitions between levels (A1 → A2 → B1, etc.) and ensure smooth handovers.
6. Quality & Experience Monitoring
Collect feedback from students regarding classes and trainers; report insights to management.
Track attendance and engagement levels; flag drop-offs or inactive students.
Suggest process improvements for better communication or student retention.
7. Reporting & Documentation
Prepare weekly and monthly reports on:
New admissions and lead conversions
Active students per level/trainer
Trainer utilization and open slots
Maintain documentation for payments, enrollments, and course completion certificates.
8. Community & Engagement Support (Optional but Valuable)
Assist in coordinating updates, event reminders, and engagement activities within the student community (e.g., polls, webinars, challenges).
Ensure updates are posted on time to keep learners active and involved.
Skills & RequirementsWorking Hours: 8 AM to 5 PM EST (evening India shift).
Language Skills: Excellent command of written and spoken English.
Experience:
Prior experience in customer service, academic coordination, or client support preferred.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Proficiency in using spreadsheets, CRMs, and communication tools (e.g., WhatsApp Business, Google Sheets, Zoom).
Professional, calm, and empathetic demeanor in handling students and trainers.
