NFT Artist

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Digital Illustrator / NFT Artist to join our project and create a unique, high-quality NFT collection.
If you excel at character design, trait generation, and vector illustration in Adobe Illustrator or Adobe Photoshop, we want to hear from you.
Important: We are strictly looking for 100% original, hand-drawn digital artwork. We have a zero-tolerance policy for AI-generated art (Midjourney, DALL-E, Stable Diffusion, etc.). All designs must be created from scratch.
Before Applying we'll let you know that we are not offering monthly salary it's project base contract and pay you the amount we launched the project. So if you agree with this then apply.
Key Responsibilities
Design and illustrate base character models and distinct traits/layers (e.g., clothing, accessories, headwear, facial expressions, backgrounds).
Organize artwork layers properly in Photoshop/Illustrator for modular exporting and NFT generative assembly.
Maintain visual consistency, clean lines, and high quality across all trait combinations.
Collaborate with the project lead to refine concept art and implement creative feedback.
Requirements
Proven Experience: Demonstrable portfolio of original digital illustrations, character designs, or existing NFT collections.
Software Mastery: Advanced skills in Adobe Illustrator and/or Adobe Photoshop.
No AI Art: 100% manual design and illustration process. Candidates will be asked to share working files (.AI / .PSD with layers) or process recordings.
Layer Organization: Deep understanding of layer structure and modular design required for generative NFT projects.
Strong communication skills and ability to meet agreed project deadlines.
