Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Professional role based in Mumbai. The Sales Professional will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, responding to inquiries, and converting leads into bookings for boating, sailing, scuba diving, and water sports experiences. Day-to-day responsibilities include meeting prospective clients, conducting sales presentations, maintaining relationships with travel partners and corporate clients, and managing the sales pipeline using CRM tools. The role involves coordinating with operations and customer service teams to ensure seamless delivery of booked experiences, handling customer feedback, and supporting promotional activities and events. The Sales Professional will also prepare regular sales reports, monitor market trends, and contribute to pricing and package development to achieve revenue targets.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong sales and negotiation skills, including lead generation, deal closing, and account management.
Candidates should possess customer service and relationship-building skills to engage diverse clients and deliver a high-quality experience.
Candidates should possess communication and presentation skills, with proficiency in spoken and written English; knowledge of local languages is an advantage.

Prior experience in travel, hospitality, leisure, or marine-related services is highly beneficial.

Graduate degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field preferred; relevant experience may substitute formal education.
Interest in boating, sailing, diving, or water sports, and willingness to learn product details and safety standards.
