Role Description The Operations Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi, India. This role involves overseeing day-to-day operational activities, including processing housing finance applications, coordinating documentation, and ensuring adherence to internal policies and regulatory guidelines. The Operations Specialist will support branch teams, track loan disbursements, monitor workflow efficiency, and assist in resolving operational issues. The role also includes maintaining accurate records, supporting internal audits, collaborating with sales teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding, and contributing to continuous process improvements to enhance service quality.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to review loan applications, assess risks, and interpret operational data.
Candidates should possess effective Communication skills for interacting with customers, branch teams, and cross-functional stakeholders.
Candidates should possess Sales-related skills to support business growth, understand customer needs, and collaborate with frontline teams.
Candidates should possess Operations Management skills to streamline processes, ensure compliance, and maintain service standards.
Candidates should possess Project Management capabilities to coordinate initiatives, track timelines, and implement process improvements.
Relevant skills such as attention to detail, proficiency in MS Office and basic financial software, and familiarity with housing finance or NBFC/HFC operations are beneficial.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Commerce, or a related field; prior experience in financial services or housing finance operations is preferred.
Ability to work collaboratively, manage multiple tasks, and maintain high ethical standards in customer-facing operations.
