Location: Hyderabad
Experience: As per requirement
Relevant Experience: Strong hands-on experience in GenAI modernization, LLM architecture, Prompt Engineering, Agentic AI, RAG, AI governance, Solution Architecture, Python, LangChain/LlamaIndex, Azure AI Services, OpenAI models, and Vector Databases.
Mandatory:
Strong experience in GenAI modernization accelerators
Hands-on experience with LLM architecture
Strong knowledge of Prompt Engineering
Experience in Agentic AI design and development
Strong understanding of RAG architecture
Experience with AI/ML lifecycle management
Strong understanding of AI governance
Experience in AI Solution Architecture
Hands-on experience with Python
Experience with LangChain / LlamaIndex
Experience with Azure AI Services
Experience working with OpenAI models
Strong understanding of Vector Databases

Experience with legacy system reverse engineering

Key Responsibilities:
Design and develop GenAI modernization accelerators for enterprise applications.
Architect and implement LLM-based solutions for application modernization.
Design and optimize RAG architectures using appropriate vector databases.
Develop Agentic AI solutions for automation and modernization use cases.
Build AI-powered code analysis automation frameworks.
Develop solutions for business rule extraction using AI/LLMs.
Build source-to-target conversion accelerators for legacy application modernization.
Develop AI-powered test generation frameworks.
Apply GenAI techniques for legacy system reverse engineering.
Develop and integrate solutions using Python, LangChain/LlamaIndex, Azure AI Services and OpenAI models.
Design scalable AI solution architectures aligned with enterprise requirements.
Implement appropriate AI governance and lifecycle management practices.
Work with technical and business stakeholders to identify suitable GenAI modernization opportunities.
Evaluate LLM, RAG and Agentic AI approaches for different modernization use cases.
Develop reusable accelerators and frameworks to improve modernization efficiency.
Ensure AI solutions are scalable, maintainable and aligned with enterprise architecture standards.
