Responsibilities:
Support to Business Managers & Global Account Managers (GAMs)
Support Business Managers and Global Account Managers in strategic account coordination and commercial activities.
Understand and access global information related to ALTEN business activities, client metrics, and account leadership.
Provide visibility and insights into activities involving strategic clients and target accounts worldwide by leveraging the global ALTEN network.
Identify and provide relevant global reference cases to support opportunity advancement and client engagement.
RFI, RFQ & Commercial Support
Support the execution and completion of strategic RFIs, RFQs, supplier surveys and other commercial requests at both local and global levels.
Assist in the development and consolidation of rate cards and commercial documentation in collaboration with GAM and Bid Management teams.
Monitor critical contractual and commercial documentation changes that may impact business activities.
Ensure the accuracy, consistency and timely delivery of commercial deliverables.
Business Development & Account Growth
Support business development initiatives and strategic account growth activities across local and global markets.
Analyze business and operational data to identify meaningful trends, risks, and growth opportunities.
Monitor strategic account activity levels and support informed business decision-making through data-driven insights.
Develop, maintain, and optimize reporting and analytics tools, including Power BI dashboards and Salesforce reports.
Provide actionable recommendations to support account development and commercial strategy.
Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and operational optimization to enhance efficiency and productivity.
Skills and qualifications
Business or related Degree Required
Some corporate experience (at least internships) would be appreciated but not mandatory
Experience working within a consulting company is highly preferred
Salary: $65,000-85,000.
The actual salary offered is dependent on various factors including, but not limited to, location, the candidate’s combination of job-related knowledge, qualifications, skills, education, training, and experience.
