Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Civil Engineer role based in Bengaluru. The Civil Engineer will be responsible for designing and reviewing civil engineering plans, including site layouts, structural components, grading, and stormwater systems. Daily tasks include coordinating with project managers, site supervisors, and contractors, monitoring construction activities, and ensuring that work complies with design specifications, safety standards, and local regulations. The role also involves preparing technical reports, estimates, and documentation, assisting with project planning and scheduling, and resolving on-site engineering challenges. The Civil Engineer will contribute to quality control, risk assessment, and continuous improvement of project delivery processes.
Qualifications

Civil Engineering Design and Civil Engineering skills for developing, reviewing, and optimizing project plans and specifications.
Experience working as Civil Engineers on construction sites, with practical exposure to field execution and coordination.
Planning skills to support project scheduling, resource allocation, and workflow management.
Knowledge of Stormwater Management for drainage design, flood mitigation, and compliance with environmental regulations.
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a closely related discipline.
Familiarity with relevant codes, standards, and local building regulations.
Proficiency in engineering and design software (e.g., AutoCAD, civil design tools) and MS Office.
Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to work effectively on-site in a team environment.
