Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Graphic Designer role based in Karnal. The Graphic Designer will create and refine visual concepts for signage, logos, branding materials, and marketing collateral, ensuring designs align with client requirements and brand guidelines. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing layout and typography for various formats, preparing production-ready files for printing and fabrication, and collaborating with sales and production teams to ensure accurate execution of designs. The role involves meeting with clients or internal stakeholders to gather design briefs, revising work based on feedback, and managing multiple projects within deadlines while maintaining consistent quality and brand coherence.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong skills in Graphics and Graphic Design, with experience creating visual concepts for print and signage.
Candidates should possess skills in Logo Design and Branding, with the ability to build cohesive brand identities across different materials.
Candidates should possess solid Typography skills, including layout, font selection, and readability for both small and large-scale designs.
Proficiency in industry-standard design software (e.g., Coreldraw) is expected.
Ability to translate client briefs into clear design solutions, accept constructive feedback, and iterate efficiently on concepts.
Strong attention to detail, color accuracy, and file-preparation skills for print and fabrication workflows.
Good communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work on-site in Karnal and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
Relevant education or training in graphic design, visual communication, or a related field is preferred; a portfolio demonstrating previous work is required.
