Counseling Psychologist (Remote)

We’re looking for a compassionate, trauma-informed psychologist to join our growing team and do meaningful, ethical therapeutic work.
This role is ideal for a psychologist who has a strong interest in relationships and relational wellbeing, understands the nuances of navigating relationships in the Indian social and cultural context, and is passionate about helping people build healthier, more fulfilling connections.
📍 Location
Fully Remote
Work from wherever you are in India, with the flexibility to conduct sessions online.
🕒 Work Schedule
6 days per week
8 hours per day
Joining: Immediate
Probation period: 3 months
🎓 Qualifications & Experience
Master’s degree in Counselling Psychology / Clinical Psychology
1 year of therapy experience (minimum)
Strong experience or demonstrated interest in relationship-focused therapy
Trauma-informed therapy experience is essential
Must be queer-affirmative / LGBTQIA+ friendly
Strong understanding of Indian social, cultural and family dynamics
Comfortable working with adults navigating:
▸ Dating and relationships
▸ Communication and conflict
▸ Attachment and relational patterns
▸ Boundaries and emotional intimacy
▸ Self-esteem and relationship-related anxiety
▸ Breakups, heartbreak and relationship transitions
▸ Family expectations and societal pressures around relationships
Experience working with modalities such as CBT, DBT, IFS, Psychodynamic therapy, or an integrative approach
Ability to work with diverse relationship structures, identities and lived experiences
Strong communication, empathy and clinical judgement
Must be in personal therapy themselves (mandatory requirement)
