React developer

Role Description: This is a full-time, remote React.js Developer role focused on building and maintaining user-facing features for the ONCOassist® platform. The React.js Developer will collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to translate requirements into responsive, accessible, and performant web interfaces. Daily responsibilities include implementing React components, integrating APIs, managing state with tools such as Redux, and ensuring code quality through testing and reviews. The role also involves troubleshooting issues, optimizing existing features, and contributing to technical discussions and documentation. The successful candidate will work within an agile environment, participating in stand-ups, sprint planning, and continuous improvement of the development process.
Qualifications
2–8 years of front-end experience, with at least 2 years in React.js
Strong JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML and CSS
Experience with Redux or Redux Toolkit
Build and maintain features using React.js and TypeScript
Integrate the front end with REST APIs
Experience with Git and Agile/Jira
Good to have
Experience with Nx monorepos, AWS (Cognito, S3) or Firebase
Exposure to Laravel or PHP
What you will be doing
Primary focus on server-side logic and full-stack feature development
Definition and maintenance of the central database
Building and maintaining REST APIs consumed by web and mobile clients
Integrating front-end elements into the application
Ensuring high performance and responsiveness across the stack
Taking end-to-end technical ownership from inception through delivery
Creating and maintaining high-quality technical design and sprint documentation
Proactively keeping on top of technology trends with company support
