Vice President of Products

Role Description
The Vice President of Products is a full-time, remote role responsible for leading the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation and strategy through delivery and optimization. This role oversees product vision, roadmap, and execution for key product lines, partnering closely with engineering, design, operations, compliance, and go-to-market teams. Day-to-day responsibilities include defining product strategy, prioritizing initiatives, setting success metrics, and ensuring products align with business objectives and customer needs. The Vice President of Products will guide product managers, establish best practices, and foster a high-performing, collaborative product organization. The role also involves monitoring market trends, evaluating competitive offerings, and translating insights into actionable product plans and improvements.
Qualifications
Strong product strategy and product management skills, with experience owning vision, roadmap, and outcomes for complex products.
Proficiency in product development, including collaboration with engineering and design teams and managing the full product lifecycle.
Advanced analytical skills to interpret data, define KPIs, and make evidence-based product and business decisions.
Demonstrated cross-functional team leadership skills, with a track record of influencing and aligning stakeholders across the organization.
Extensive experience in senior product leadership roles, ideally in technology, fintech, or digital asset environments.
Ability to thrive in a remote, fast-paced setting, with strong communication, prioritization, and organizational skills.
Experience building and mentoring product teams, including hiring, coaching, and performance management.
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience; advanced degree is a plus.
