Manager – Career Development & Corporate Relations

Experience: 7–10 Years
We are looking for an experienced Career Development / Corporate Relations professional to drive industry engagement, corporate partnerships and placement outcomes for a leading higher education institution.
Key Responsibilities:
Build and manage relationships with HR leaders, recruiters and corporate organizations.
Develop new employer partnerships and expand the corporate recruiter network.
Drive campus placements, internships and PPO opportunities.
Manage the complete corporate engagement and placement lifecycle.
Identify industry hiring trends and align student talent with relevant opportunities.
Lead corporate outreach, recruitment drives, networking events and employer engagement initiatives.
Maintain strong relationships with existing recruiters and develop new accounts.
Track placement metrics, recruiter engagement and business development activities.
Ideal Candidate:
7–10 years of experience in university placements, career services, corporate relations, talent acquisition or B2B business development.
Strong corporate/HR network, preferably across Delhi NCR and major Indian markets.
Proven experience in acquiring new recruiters and driving placement outcomes.
Excellent communication, relationship management and negotiation skills.
Experience working with universities, colleges, B-schools or higher education institutions will be preferred.
