📍 Location: KPHB, Hyderabad
🕒 Shift: 6:30 PM – 3:30 AM IST (Night Shift)
Key Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for Physicians across various specialties.
Source, screen, and recruit qualified Physicians (MD/DO), Nurse Practitioners (NPs), and Physician Assistants (PAs) for US-based clients.
Conduct candidate interviews, credential screening, and reference checks.
Coordinate with clients to understand hiring requirements and ensure timely submissions.
Verify physician licenses, board certifications, and other required credentials.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of Physician candidates.
Stay up to date with US healthcare recruitment trends, licensing requirements, and compliance standards.
Requirements
4+ years of experience in US / UK Recruitment (Healthcare, IT, or Non-IT), including at least 2 years of experience in US / UK Physician Recruitment.
Experience recruiting Physicians, Nurse Practitioners (NPs), and Physician Assistants (PAs) across multiple specialties.
Strong understanding of physician credentialing, licensing, and compliance requirements.
Hands-on experience sourcing candidates through Indeed, PracticeLink, DocCafe, Health eCareers, LinkedIn, Facebook, and ATS platforms.
Good understanding of tax terms (W2, 1099, Full-time) and physician compensation models.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and candidate relationship management skills.
