This role requires a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in client servicing, accounts management, or communication within a performance marketing or creative agency.
Who We're Looking For:
✅ Position: Communications Associate
✅ Experience: Minimum 2-3 years in a performance marketing agency or creative agency environment
✅ Education: Bachelor's degree in Mass Media Communication or a related field (bonus points for Mass Media Communication graduates!)
✅ Skills:
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to understand client goals and translate them into clear creative briefs
Basic understanding of performance marketing and ad campaigns across digital channels
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
✅ Salary Range:₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month (based on skills and experience)
✅ Availability: Immediate joiners preferred
