Role Description The Senior Director Finance is a full-time remote role responsible for leading the overall financial strategy and performance of Automobile Dacia. This role oversees financial planning and budgeting processes, ensures accurate and timely financial reporting, and manages the preparation and review of financial statements. The Senior Director Finance monitors key financial indicators, provides analytical insights to support executive decision-making, and collaborates with cross-functional teams on cost optimization and investment initiatives. Daily responsibilities include guiding finance teams, maintaining compliance with relevant regulations and internal controls, and presenting financial updates and recommendations to senior leadership.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Finance expertise, including deep knowledge of Financial Planning and budgeting practices.
Candidates should possess experience in preparing and interpreting Financial Statements, with attention to compliance and accuracy.
Candidates should possess skills in Financial Reporting, including consolidating reports and communicating results to stakeholders.
Candidates should possess advanced Analytical Skills to evaluate performance, identify trends, and support strategic decisions.
Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CPA, CFA) are beneficial.
Proven experience in senior finance leadership roles, ideally within the automotive or manufacturing sector, and familiarity with international operations.
Strong communication, stakeholder management, and remote team leadership capabilities, with proficiency in common financial systems and tools.
