Position Overview
As a Strategic Account Specialist, your role will be pivotal in managing key client accounts and ensuring their financial success. You will cultivate strong relationships with our clients, ensuring their needs are met effectively and efficiently. This position offers flexibility with commitments ranging from part-time to full-time.
Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
Collaborate with clients to understand their strategic goals and develop tailored financial plans to achieve them.
Analyze client accounts to provide insights and actionable advice.
Engage with cross-functional teams to deliver client-focused solutions.
Utilize CRM systems to keep detailed and updated client records.
Lead initiatives to address and resolve client issues promptly.
Success Metrics
Develop and nurture a portfolio of high-value clients within the first year.
Exceed client satisfaction ratings by maintaining clear and open communication.
Achieve financial growth objectives by enhancing client revenues and profitability.

Qualifications
