Requirement
The Field CTO office (BFS) is seeking a senior Engagement Manager with deep expertise in Banking and Financial Services (BFS) and advanced enterprise technology to lead large-scale digital transformations. In this role, the person will support pre-sales and spearhead complex client engagements centered on enterprise AI solutions, autonomous agentic workflows, and modern cloud architectures.
Serves as the strategic bridge between business stakeholders and technical engineering teams, ensuring that high-velocity AI implementations and automated pipeline deployments meet rigorous financial regulatory standards, security frameworks, and business ROI goals.
Key Responsibilities
AI & Enterprise Architecture Delivery Leadership: Direct end-to-end delivery of advanced technology solutions built around enterprise AI architectures, LLM orchestration, and intelligent automation, ensuring seamless integration with core banking systems.
Agentic Workflow & Automation Strategy: Guide financial institutions through the adoption of autonomous AI workflows, Model Context Protocol (MCP) integrations, and generative AI use cases designed to streamline risk management, customer onboarding, and operational compliance.
Executive Advisory & Client Partnership: Own trusted-advisor relationships with CIOs, CTOs, Chief Data Officers, and business unit heads, translating complex operational challenges into scalable platform and AI roadmaps.
P&L, Governance, & SOW Management: Manage portfolio financials, resource allocation, risk mitigation, and SOW execution.
Cross-Functional Orchestration: Lead multidisciplinary teams of architects, software engineers, and data scientists, fostering rapid innovation while adhering to rigorous enterprise release management and governance standards.
Maintain utilization and stay billable onsite with teams as per goal sheet.
Qualifications & Experience
Experience:
10+ years in IT consulting, professional services, or client delivery, with 5+ years focused on the Banking and Financial Services (BFS) sector.
AI & Technical Acumen: Proven experience leading projects involving enterprise AI workflows, agentic systems, LLM orchestration, and modern data pipelines. Familiarity with emerging integration frameworks like Model Context Protocol (MCP) is a distinct advantage.
Domain Knowledge
Solid understanding of core banking operations, wealth management workflows, lending lifecycle systems, and risk/compliance technology.
Education & Credentials: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field; an MBA or relevant advanced technical certifications are strongly preferred.
