Partner with Talent Partners and Hiring Managers to understand hiring needs.
Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract top talent.
Use market intelligence data and insights to inform sourcing decisions.
Build and maintain proactive talent pipelines for current and future roles.
Engage passive candidates through personalized outreach.
Promote Hitachi Energy’s employer brand across sourcing channels.
Your Background
Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of sourcing experience, or 5+ years without a degree.
Authorized to work in the United States.
Extensive experience in sourcing for Field Service Engineers and Technicians.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Experience with sourcing tools, platforms, and techniques.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment.
