We’re looking for a strategic and creative Senior Learning Experience Designer to lead the design, development, and management of learning programs across our Owner Experiences organization. In this senior individual contributor role, you’ll translate business priorities and performance needs into practical, engaging, and measurable learning solutions that strengthen employee capabilities and improve the owner experience.
Working closely with Owner Experience leaders, subject matter experts, and the Training & Learning team, you’ll create scalable learning experiences supporting Owner Care, Owner Success, Club Vacatia, retention, escalations, service excellence, leadership development, systems, and other critical capabilities.

Serve as a trusted instructional design expert while mentoring and strengthening the capabilities of the broader Training & Learning team.
Your Impact
Lead learning programs from needs assessment and strategy through design, implementation, measurement, and continuous improvement.
Design learner-centered onboarding, technical, service, and leadership programs grounded in adult learning principles and real-world job performance.
Create engaging courses, facilitator guides, microlearning, videos, simulations, assessments, certification tools, and job aids using Articulate 360 and other modern technologies.
Establish meaningful measures of skill acquisition, behavior change, role readiness, and operational impact, including outcomes such as CSAT and first-contact resolution.
Manage curriculum governance, content review cycles, version control, design standards, and reusable learning assets to ensure quality, consistency, and scalability.
What You Bring
Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Learning and Development, Human Resources, Education, or a related discipline—or equivalent professional experience.
At least 10 years of progressive experience in instructional design and learning development, with a demonstrated ability to lead complex initiatives from concept through evaluation.
Advanced knowledge of adult learning theory, learning experience design, needs analysis, performance consulting, and curriculum lifecycle management.
High proficiency with Articulate 360, including Rise and Storyline, and experience creating instructor-led, virtual, digital, and blended learning solutions.
Strong project management, facilitation, consulting, writing, visual communication, stakeholder management, and mentoring capabilities.
Experience using AI tools in instructional design and working within hospitality, travel, customer service, or contact-center environments is preferred. A portfolio demonstrating high-quality instructional design work is strongly preferred. Periodic travel may be required.
