IFW Sourcing Agency helps businesses around the world source premium Ayurvedic and pet products from India.
We manage the complete sourcing journey - from identifying the right manufacturers and negotiating commercial terms to coordinating production, quality checks, logistics, and delivery - making sourcing from India simple, reliable, and efficient.
What You'll Do
As a Business Partner, you'll own the complete business cycle.
* Identify and onboard reliable Indian manufacturers.
* Find and build relationships with international buyers and importers.
* Generate leads, negotiate commercial terms, and close export deals.
* Coordinate with suppliers and clients to ensure smooth execution from order confirmation to delivery.
* Build long-term relationships with both suppliers and customers.
* Identify new business opportunities in Ayurveda and pet products.
What You'll Earn
This is a performance-based opportunity designed for people who want to build something meaningful and be rewarded for results.
* Earn 10–30% of the business value on every successful deal you bring to IFW.
* Realistic earning potential of ₹50,000 to ₹5,00,000+ per month, depending on your performance.
* No cap on earnings. The more business you generate, the more you earn.
* Work remotely with the flexibility to manage your own pipeline and schedule.
Who We're Looking For
This role is ideal for someone who:
* Thinks like an entrepreneur and takes ownership.
* Is proactive, resourceful, and comfortable creating opportunities.
* Enjoys networking, negotiating, and building long-term business relationships.
* Is passionate about exports, international trade, Ayurveda, or pet products.
* Is comfortable working with clients across different global time zones.
