Praktikant

Role Description The Praktikant role at Half Lego, Half Real Estate is a full-time, remote internship focused on supporting projects across real estate development, investment analysis, and asset management. In this position, the Praktikant will conduct market and property research, assist with financial modeling and data analysis, and help prepare presentation materials, reports, and documentation for internal and external stakeholders. Day-to-day tasks include gathering and organizing information on potential acquisitions, tracking project progress, and contributing to creative concept development for new or repositioned properties. The Praktikant will collaborate closely with team members to support strategic decision-making, maintain organized project files, and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks. This role offers exposure to the end-to-end real estate process and the opportunity to learn in a highly creative, analytical environment.
Qualifications
Strong analytical and research abilities, including experience gathering market data and synthesizing findings into clear insights.
Basic understanding of real estate concepts, finance, or investment analysis; familiarity with financial modeling or spreadsheets is a plus.
Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create structured notes, reports, and presentations.
High level of organization, attention to detail, and reliability in managing multiple tasks and deadlines in a remote setting.
Creative mindset and interest in design, architecture, or placemaking, with a willingness to contribute ideas to project concepts.
Ability to work independently, take initiative, and seek guidance when needed within a distributed team environment.
