As our Pharmacy Supervisor, you will be a vital leader and clinical expert, ensuring safe, efficient, and compassionate pharmaceutical care delivery, while guiding your team to uphold medication management standards. Every day, you will lead pharmacy operations, including workflow and performance. You'll meticulously review prescriptions for safety (interactions, dosing, allergies), authorize them for technicians, and perform final dispensing checks, ensuring expert oversight. You'll also collaborate with doctors/nurses, providing expertise to optimize patient treatment and enhance services.
