Job Responsibilities :
Accountable for the End to End delivery of the requirements of the Reliance Security Management System (RSMS)
Oversee & evaluate performance of the third party security personnel services provider ensuring the deployed personnel are as per the defined parameters.
Performance review, skill development and succession planning of his team.
Ensure all positions of security function under him are occupied at all times with least attrition and support in identification & selection of the most suitable candidate.
Ensure prompt response management in handling emergencies and providing business continuity at site. He is accountable for the Management of Security Response which includes
Security Response to incidents, Incident Notification, Investigation with root cause analysis and Fire Fighting Auxiliary Support.
Education Requirement :
Mandatory
Graduate - Any disciple
Additional
Post Graduate - Any disciple
CPP/Industrial Security Courses from CISF /Defence services/Police academy/International institute
LLB or knowledge of Land of law-Criminal, IR and labour law
MDP-Leadership program or PGP from IIM/International Business School
Experience Requirement :
5-8 years of experience in security domain with 2 years in the current role
