Role Description The Life Coaching Program Management Intern will support the design, coordination, and delivery of UCF’s coaching programs and certification pathways. This full-time hybrid role is based in Navi Mumbai, with a mix of on-site responsibilities and some flexibility for work-from-home tasks. Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting with program scheduling, tracking participant progress, preparing training materials, and supporting coaches and learners during sessions. The intern will help organize workshops and evaluations, maintain accurate documentation and reports, and contribute to continuous improvement of program processes. Collaboration with cross-functional teams, handling participant queries, and supporting digital communication and engagement initiatives are key parts of this role.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess core coaching-related skills such as Life Coaching and Coaching, with a strong interest in the coaching and personal development industry.
Candidates should possess strong Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication and the ability to interact professionally with diverse participants.
Candidates should possess Training and facilitation-related skills, such as supporting workshops, preparing training materials, and coordinating learning activities.
Candidates should possess a passion for Personal Development, self-improvement, and helping others grow as leaders and professionals.
Relevant educational background in psychology, counseling, human resources, business, or related fields is beneficial.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
Comfort with basic digital tools (spreadsheets, presentations, communication platforms) and willingness to learn new systems.
Ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid setting, demonstrate integrity, and maintain confidentiality in all coaching-related interactions.
