Role Description The Site Project Manager is a full-time role based in New Delhi with a hybrid work arrangement, combining on-site presence with some work-from-home flexibility. The Site Project Manager oversees day-to-day site operations, coordinates project schedules, and ensures that construction activities align with project plans, quality standards, and safety requirements. Responsibilities include managing site teams and contractors, monitoring progress against milestones, and resolving issues that may affect timelines or costs. The role involves close collaboration with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders, preparing progress reports, and maintaining accurate documentation. The Site Project Manager also supports procurement and logistics coordination, participates in inspections, and helps optimize workflows to keep projects on track.
Qualifications
Strong project management skills, including planning, scheduling, and coordinating site activities.
Experience with expediting and working as an expeditor to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
Knowledge of inspection processes, quality standards, and safety compliance at construction or infrastructure sites.
Proficiency in logistics management, including coordination of supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships.
Ability to communicate clearly with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders, both on-site and remotely.
Proven experience in site or construction project management, preferably in similar industry settings.
Relevant academic background in engineering, construction management, or a related field.
Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to make timely, informed decisions.
Comfort with digital tools for project tracking, documentation, and reporting.
Capacity to work in a hybrid setting, balancing on-site responsibilities in New Delhi with remote tasks.
