Role Description Navdurga Biotech Pvt Ltd is seeking 60 field workers and 2 managers for full-time, on-site positions based in Bijnor. Field workers will perform day-to-day tasks such as supporting crop-related activities, following standard operating procedures, maintaining cleanliness and safety in work areas, recording basic data, and assisting with logistics or material handling as needed. They will report to the managers, follow instructions carefully, and work collaboratively with other team members to meet daily and weekly targets. Managers will oversee field operations, coordinate work schedules, assign tasks, monitor performance, ensure adherence to safety and quality standards, and provide guidance and training to field workers. Managers will also maintain documentation, report progress to senior leadership, and help resolve operational challenges on-site.
Qualifications
Ability to perform physically active field work, follow instructions accurately, and maintain consistent productivity throughout the workday.
Basic reading and writing skills, with the ability to keep simple records and communicate clearly with team members and supervisors.
Strong sense of responsibility, reliability, and punctuality, with a focus on safety, cleanliness, and respect for workplace rules.
For manager roles: experience supervising field teams, assigning tasks, monitoring performance, and resolving day-to-day issues.
For manager roles: basic organizational, planning, and reporting skills, including the ability to prepare simple status updates and coordinate with senior management.
Willingness to work on-site in Bijnor on a full-time schedule and adapt to changing operational needs or seasonal workloads.
Previous experience in agriculture, biotechnology, manufacturing, or similar field operations is an advantage but not mandatory.
