Job Summary
Nath Outsourcing Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Medical Coding Analyst with expertise in Anesthesia, E&M, Surgery, and Pain Management specialties. The ideal candidate should possess strong knowledge of CPT, ICD-10-CM, and HCPCS coding, excellent analytical skills, and hands-on experience with eClinicalWorks (ECW) and relevant coding tools. The candidate will be responsible for accurate medical coding, denial analysis, compliance adherence, and quality-focused coding practices.
Key Responsibilities
Review and analyze medical records to assign accurate CPT, ICD-10-CM, and HCPCS codes.
Perform coding for Anesthesia, E&M, Surgery, and Pain Management specialties.
Handle coding-related denials by identifying root causes and supporting timely claim resolution.
Ensure compliance with payer-specific guidelines and industry regulations.
Identify documentation deficiencies and coordinate with stakeholders for clarification.
Conduct coding quality checks and participate in internal audits.
Utilize ECW and coding tools effectively for coding and documentation review.
Stay updated with coding changes, regulatory guidelines, and compliance standards.
Maintain confidentiality of patient health information in accordance with HIPAA guidelines.
Required Qualifications
Minimum 2+ years of experience in Medical Coding.
Experience in Anesthesia, E&M, Surgery, and Pain Management specialties is mandatory.
Strong understanding of Human Anatomy, Physiology, and Medical Terminology.
Thorough knowledge of CPT, ICD-10-CM, and HCPCS coding systems.
Familiarity with payer guidelines and healthcare compliance standards.
Hands-on experience with ECW and coding-related platforms.
CPC Certification (Mandatory).
Required Skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent attention to detail and coding accuracy.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to meet productivity and quality targets in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and coding applications.
Preferred Criteria
Candidates from Mohali, Chandigarh, Panchkula, or nearby locations preferred.
