What You Will Do
Conduct user research, journey mapping, interviews, usability testing, and feedback sessions to understand user needs, friction points, and workflow opportunities.
Design AI-assisted workflows, conversational experiences, prompts, interaction patterns, and prototypes that improve usability and productivity.
Create employee and partner experience journeys that connect business processes, tools, data, and AI capabilities.
Develop wireframes, prototypes, service blueprints, design concepts, and experience standards using tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
Apply design thinking and service design methods to translate complex process and AI capabilities into simple user experiences.
Collaborate with business architects, product/delivery leads, technology teams, and adoption leads to ensure experience design is integrated into solution delivery.
Support accessibility, inclusive design, WCAG alignment, and responsible AI user interaction principles.
Continuously gather feedback and improve prompts, workflows, and user experiences based on adoption and usability insights.
What You Will Bring
Education - any Graduate
8+ experience
Knowledge And Skills
Strong UX design, service design, design thinking, or human-centered design background.
Experience designing enterprise workflows, employee experiences, partner experiences, or conversational interfaces.
Proficiency with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
Understanding of accessibility standards, including WCAG, and inclusive design practices.
Ability to prototype, test, and iterate user experiences quickly with business and technology stakeholders.
Strong facilitation, user research, journey mapping, and storytelling skills.
Ability to design for AI transparency, user trust, prompt quality, and human-in-the-loop workflows.
