IT Recruiter

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site IT Recruiter role based in Trivandrum, Kerala. The IT Recruiter will manage end-to-end recruitment processes for technical and IT positions, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting initial interviews and coordinating technical assessments. Daily responsibilities include partnering with hiring managers to define role requirements, developing effective sourcing strategies, maintaining talent pipelines and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process. The role also involves managing offer negotiations, supporting onboarding activities and maintaining accurate recruitment records and metrics.
Qualifications:
Demonstrated expertise in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting, managing roles from requisition to offer acceptance.
Strong IT Recruitment and Technical Recruiting skills, with experience filling a range of technology and digital roles.
Proven Hiring capabilities, including candidate evaluation, interview coordination and offer management.
Solid understanding of IT roles, technologies, and market trends.
Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Ability to manage multiple requisitions, prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and professional networking platforms.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology or a related field is preferred.
Prior recruiting experience within the IT services or consulting industry is an advantage.
Fluency in English.
