About the RoleGlobal Consulting (GC) is looking for a smart, responsible, energetic and people-friendly candidate for a unique role combining HR coordination, guest relations, digital marketing support and early childhood learning activities.This position is suitable for someone who enjoys interacting with people, is creative and organized, and is comfortable engaging with a young child.Key ResponsibilitiesHR & Coordination: Assist with recruitment, interview scheduling, onboarding, employee coordination and HR documentation. Support day-to-day HR and administrative activities and coordinate with candidates, employees, vendors and management.Guest Relations & Digital Marketing: Assist with guest communication and coordination for the company's hospitality/property activities. Support social media, basic content creation, photos/videos and digital marketing activities. The candidate may occasionally need to travel to the Karjat villa for guest relations, events or operational requirements.This is not a sales or target-based role.👶 Early Learning – 6:30 PM to 8:00 PMThe final 1.5 hours of the regular working day will involve engaging a young child in age-appropriate learning and developmental activities.Activities may include storytelling, picture-book reading, rhymes, music, creative activities, sensory play and Montessori/play-based learning.The candidate will help support the child's early language, communication, social and motor-skill development through engaging and age-appropriate activities.Previous Montessori/ECCE or teaching experience is an advantage but not mandatory. Training and guidance will be provided.The 6:30 PM–8:00 PM learning responsibility is within the regular 11:00 AM–8:00 PM working hours and is not additional working time.🎓 Who Can Apply?Graduates, Undergraduates & Freshers are welcome to apply.Candidates from HR, Hospitality, Guest Relations, Cabin Crew/Aviation, Hotel Management, Montessori/ECCE, Teaching, Content Creation, Digital Marketing or similar backgrounds are particularly encouraged to attend.We are looking for someone who has good spoken English, strong interpersonal skills, a cheerful and patient personality, organizational ability, creativity and confidence interacting with both adults and young children.The candidate should also be comfortable with basic photos/videos and social media activities and willing to occasionally travel to Karjat when required.⭐ Freshers Welcome – Training ProvidedPrior experience across all areas of the role is not required. Training and guidance will be provided based on the candidate's background and skills.
