JPMorgan Wealth Management - Senior Product Associate - Wealth Plan

The Wealth Plan team develops industry-leading solutions that enable wealth management clients to understand how their wealth is doing and how they can achieve their goals. The team is charged with creating a fully integrated, elegant and seamless end-to-end experience for clients and advisors across all client segments. We build the strategic vision and lead the development of products and solutions.
As a Product Manager Sr. Associate you will work the Wealth Plan Advisor Experience team to innovate new product offerings and lead the end-to-end product life cycle for wealth management advisor planning tools.
Job responsibilities
Champion the use of AI tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Claude, ChatGPT) to accelerate product workflows — from drafting PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria to rapidly prototyping product concepts, interactive wireframes, and proof-of-concept demo
Work with team to identify new product opportunities that reflect the needs of our customers and the market through user research and discovery
Anticipate upstream and downstream implications of new product features on the overall product experience
Support the collection of user research, journey mapping, and market analysis to inform the strategic product roadmap and provide insight on potential product features that provide value to customers
Analyze, track, and evaluate product metrics including work to time, cost, and quality targets across the product development life cycle
Write the requirements, epics, and user stories to support product development
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
3+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management
Knowledge of wealth management and advisor space
Demonstrated hands-on experience using AI productivity tools (e.g., GitHub, Copilot, Claude, ChatGPT, or similar) to build documentation, knowledge bases, prototype product concepts, or accelerate product delivery workflows
Proficient knowledge of the product development life cycle
Experience in product life cycle activities including discovery and requirements definition
Developing knowledge of data analytics and data literacy
