The Layered Studio is looking for a Team Leader Intern to join our growing team. This internship is perfect for someone who enjoys taking ownership, guiding team members and ensuring projects are completed efficiently.
𝐑𝐨𝐥𝐞 & 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
• Coordinate and manage daily tasks assigned to interns and team members.
• Track project progress and ensure deadlines are met.
• Conduct daily follow-ups and maintain work updates.
• Communicate effectively between the management and the team.
• Assist in planning workflows and improving team productivity.
• Prepare reports and maintain task trackers.
• Identify challenges and help resolve them proactively.
• Ensure quality standards are maintained across all assigned work.
• Support recruitment, onboarding and team coordination whenever required.
𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Self-motivated, responsible and eager to learn.

• Duration: 30 Days
• Mode: Work From Home (WFH)
• Working Days: Monday to Friday
• Timing: Flexible
• Unpaid Internship
• Certificate of Completion upon successful completion.
• Letter of Recommendation based on outstanding performance.
