Role Description The Research Analyst will conduct daily market and equity research, including collecting, analyzing, and interpreting financial and economic data. Responsibilities include tracking market trends, monitoring individual stocks and sectors, preparing research reports, and developing investment insights aligned with the firm’s research-driven approach. The role involves creating clear, concise written analyses for internal use and client communication, as well as supporting the advisory team with data-backed recommendations. The analyst will also help maintain research databases, ensure data accuracy, and contribute to continuous improvement of research processes. This is a contract, remote role requiring consistent collaboration with team members through digital communication tools.
Qualifications
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial, economic, and market data.
Solid foundation in research and market research, including data collection, validation, and synthesis.
Knowledge of statistics and quantitative methods applicable to equity and financial market analysis.
Clear and effective communication skills for writing research reports and explaining findings to diverse stakeholders.
Proficiency in using spreadsheets, financial databases, and research tools; familiarity with equity market platforms is beneficial.
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Economics, Statistics, Business, or a related discipline; relevant certifications (e.g., NISM, CFA level progress) are an advantage.
Ability to work independently in a remote setup, manage multiple research tasks, and meet deadlines with attention to detail.
Demonstrated interest in capital markets, regulatory-compliant research practices, and long-term wealth creation for clients.
