Job Title: International Voice Process

Shift: Night / Rotational Shifts
Schedule: 5 Days Working | 2 Days Rotational Off

Role Overview
We are hiring energetic, customer-centric professionals for our International Voice Process. In this role, you will interact with global clients via inbound/outbound calls, resolving queries, offering timely support, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.
Compensation Structure (Take-Home Salary)
* Freshers: ₹20,000 – ₹24,000 per month + Ctc
* 1+ Year Experience ₹30,000 per month + Ctc
* 2+ Years Experience ₹35,000 per month
Key Responsibilities
* Handle outbound customer calls effectively while adhering to international quality standards.
* Provide accurate solutions and query resolutions in a clear, polite, and professional manner.
* Maintain high customer satisfaction metrics (CSAT/FCR) and adhere to internal process guidelines.
* Log and update customer details and case histories accurately in the CRM database.
* Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex client issues promptly.
Candidate Requirements
* Education: High School (10+2) or Any Graduate / Post Graduate.
* Experience: Open to Freshers and Experienced Candidates (Up to 2+ years in International Voice / BPO preferred).
* Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
* Shift Flexibility: Must be comfortable working in Night Shifts and Rotational Shifts.
