Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Site Engineer role based in Hyderabad. The Site Engineer will oversee day-to-day project execution, including coordinating with civil and structural engineers, site supervisors, and contractors to ensure work is carried out according to design specifications and safety standards. Responsibilities include monitoring construction activities, implementing quality control procedures, verifying materials and workmanship, and maintaining accurate site records and reports. The role involves conducting site inspections, resolving technical issues in real time, communicating project progress to management, and ensuring compliance with relevant codes and client requirements. The Site Engineer will also support planning and scheduling, assist in resource allocation, and contribute to continuous improvement in on-site processes.

Candidates should possess educational qualifications in civil engineering; a degree or diploma in Civil Engineering is preferred.
Candidates should possess knowledge of safety standards, building codes, and relevant industry practices.
Candidates should possess basic project management skills, including documentation, reporting, and time management.
Prior experience as a Site Engineer or in civil/structural construction projects, especially retrofit or rehabilitation work, is an advantage.
