Motion Graphics Designer - Video Post-Production

Role Description The Motion Graphics Designer - Video Post-Production role is a contract-based, remote role open for pan India candidates to apply. The role involves post-production and editing of online learning explainer videos. Day-to-day responsibilities include collaborating with instructional designers, content creators, and subject-matter experts to translate concepts into engaging visual sequences; editing and compositing video footage; and integrating graphics, audio, and effects to deliver polished outputs. The designer will maintain brand consistency, optimize assets for various platforms, manage project timelines, and participate in creative reviews to refine and improve visual deliverables. The role also includes staying current with design trends, tools, and best practices in motion graphics and video post-production.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Motion Design and Motion Graphics skills for creating compelling animations and visual storytelling.
Candidates should possess Video Production and video post-production skills, including editing, compositing, and basic sound integration.
Candidates should possess Graphic Design and Graphics skills for creating layouts, visual assets, and on-brand templates.
Proficiency in industry-standard tools such as Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator (or equivalent software) is a must.
1–2 years of relevant experience in motion graphics design and video development is preferred.
Ability to work independently while meeting established quality standards and delivery timelines.
Availability for full-time involvement throughout the project duration is a must.
Strong visual communication skills, attention to detail, and a portfolio showcasing motion graphics and video post-production work.
Relevant diploma or degree in Design, Animation, Media, or a related field is beneficial; equivalent full-time or internship practical experience will also be considered.
