We are looking for a Project Manager to join our Support & Implementations team and lead technology projects for Credit Union clients, coordinating teams, stakeholders, and vendors from planning through delivery.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Systems Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in Project Management, preferably in software, SaaS, or technology environments.
Solid experience in customer service and client-facing roles.
Previous experience in Fintech and working directly with U.S.-based clients.
Experience managing implementations or implementation projects.
Strong English communication skills, especially in client-facing environments.
Strong organization, planning, and follow-up skills.
Ability to prioritize multiple topics, manage pressure, and meet deadlines.
Strong ownership and accountability throughout project processes.
Experience leading multidisciplinary and cross-functional teams.
Experience with Jira, Confluence, Zoho, or similar tools.
Knowledge of IT processes, software development, and technology environments.
SQL knowledge is a plus.
English level C1 – Advanced.
