Volunteer Graphic Designer — She Rise Initiative

She Rise Initiative is looking for a creative and purpose-driven Volunteer Graphic Designer to help us communicate our work visually and connect with teenage girls, parents, schools, partners and the wider community.This is an opportunity for a designer who doesn't just want to create beautiful graphics, but wants to use their creativity to contribute to the development of girls.What you'll do
Design social media graphics for She Rise Initiative.
Create promotional materials for school outreach programmes, events and campaigns.
Design graphics for The She Rise Podcast and other digital content.
Create flyers, announcements, quotes, educational content and campaign materials.
Support the visual identity of She Rise across different platforms.
Work with the Social Media Manager and Program Lead to turn programme ideas into compelling visual communication.
Maintain consistency with She Rise's visual identity.
Occasionally support event materials such as banners, programmes, certificates, sashes or presentation materials.
Contribute creative ideas for communicating our message to teenage girls in ways that feel relevant and engaging.
What we're looking for
You don't have to be an expert.
We're looking for someone who:
Has a good eye for design and visual storytelling.
Understands basic design principles.
Can work with tools such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator or similar platforms.
Is able to meet agreed deadlines.
Is open to feedback and collaboration.
Is creative, dependable and proactive.
Understands that our audience includes teenage girls and can create content that is youthful without being childish.
Respects the values, dignity and safeguarding of the girls we serve.
