Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Janakpuri for Freshers / SEO Executive – Advanced SEO & Growth / Black Hat SEO Manager / Executive Manager / Black Hat SEO Intern focused on the UK travel industry. The role involves executing advanced SEO strategies, managing experiments to drive organic growth, and continuously monitoring keyword rankings and traffic performance. Daily tasks include conducting keyword research, optimizing on-page elements, managing link-building campaigns, and performing regular SEO audits of company websites and landing pages. The team member will collaborate with marketing and content teams to align SEO efforts with campaign goals, track competitors, and report findings using analytics tools. The position requires adherence to company guidelines and applicable digital marketing and search engine policies while exploring innovative growth techniques.
About the Role
We are hiring an experienced SEO Manager/ to lead advanced SEO strategy, experimentation, automation, and organic growth initiatives across multiple websites and markets.
Key Responsibilities
Own overall organic growth strategy and SEO roadmap.
Lead a team of SEO executives, specialists, and interns.
Design, prioritize, and evaluate SEO experiments.
Develop scalable technical SEO and automation processes.
Conduct competitive intelligence and SERP analysis.
Monitor organic traffic, rankings, indexing, backlinks, and conversions.
Build dashboards and reporting systems for SEO KPIs.
Work closely with developers and content teams on SEO implementation.
Identify algorithm, technical, and operational risks.
Establish testing frameworks and documentation for SEO experiments.
Manage SEO tools, vendors, budgets, and external resources.
Requirements
3–6+ years of SEO experience.
Proven experience managing SEO teams or large SEO projects.
Strong technical SEO knowledge.
Excellent understanding of crawling, indexing, rendering, internal linking, structured data, and international SEO.
Experience with Ahrefs, Semrush, Screaming Frog, Google Search Console, GA4, Looker Studio, etc.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience with SEO automation and APIs is highly desirable.
Leadership Profile
Highly analytical and experiment-driven.
Comfortable operating in competitive search markets.
Able to translate SEO data into business decisions.
Strong understanding of both SEO opportunities and search-engine guidelines/risk.
