🔎 Job Opportunity: Junior Accounts Executive
We are looking for Junior Accounts Executives to join our growing team in Kochi, Kerala, India. If you
are a detail-oriented professional with a passion for accounting and eager to thrive in a multicultural
and dynamic environment, this opportunity is for you!
Key Responsibilities
✅ Manage financial activities such as accounts payable, receivable, invoicing, and rent payment
processing.
✅ Prepare accurate financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.
✅ Utilize property management and accounting software like AppFolio, Buildium, Yardi, RentManager,
and QuickBooks Online.
✅ Collaborate with supervisors to ensure timely deliverables.
✅ Maintain accurate time records for client billing and prepare internal and client-based financial
reports.
✅ Write concise emails to communicate processes and financial data effectively.
What We’re Looking For
✔ Graduation in Commerce (professional finance qualifications are a plus).
✔ 0-2 years of experience in accounting, preferably with exposure to cloud-based software like
QuickBooks Online.
✔ Residing within a reasonable commute to the Kochi office.
✔ Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
✔ Kind, humble, intelligent, and eager to grow in a multicultural environment.
