Role Description The Corporate Social Responsibility Manager at Terrasetu will lead the design, implementation, and monitoring of CSR programs, with a strong focus on infrastructure and community development projects. This full-time, on-site role based in Gurgaon involves identifying CSR opportunities, aligning initiatives with organizational values, and ensuring projects deliver measurable social and environmental outcomes. The role includes coordinating with internal stakeholders, corporate partners, NGOs, and government institutions to scope projects, define objectives, and manage timelines and budgets. The CSR Manager will oversee program documentation, ensure compliance with relevant CSR regulations, and prepare impact reports and presentations for leadership and partners. Day-to-day responsibilities also include driving employee engagement in CSR initiatives, organizing volunteer activities, and using project data and analytics to refine strategies and improve program effectiveness.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Corporate Social Responsibility knowledge, including CSR strategy development and understanding of regulatory frameworks.
Candidates should possess Project Management and Analytical Skills to plan, track, and evaluate CSR initiatives and infrastructure-related programs.
Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Employee Engagement skills to collaborate with stakeholders and encourage participation in CSR activities.
Candidates should possess the ability to work cross-functionally with operations, finance, and technical teams to align CSR objectives with business goals.
Relevant experience in CSR, sustainability, social impact, or development sector project management is highly beneficial.
Educational background in social work, development studies, business, public policy, or a related field is preferred.
Familiarity with impact assessment frameworks, reporting standards, and basic data analysis tools is an advantage.
