Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Pilates Instructor role based in Hyderabad. The Pilates Instructor will lead group and individual Pilates sessions, demonstrating proper techniques, form, and breathing to ensure safety and effectiveness. Daily responsibilities include planning and delivering structured classes, customizing routines for different fitness levels, and providing guidance on injury prevention and rehabilitation-focused movement where appropriate. The role involves engaging with members, offering exceptional customer service, tracking client progress, and collaborating with the wider fitness team to create a motivating, inclusive studio environment. The instructor will also help maintain studio cleanliness, equipment readiness, and adherence to Vyb’s standards of professionalism and member care.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Pilates Instruction skills with the ability to design and lead effective, safe workouts.
Candidates should possess Group Exercise and Teaching skills to manage classes of varying sizes and fitness levels.
Candidates should possess knowledge of Physical Therapy principles or corrective exercise to support members with diverse physical needs.
Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service skills to build rapport, retain members, and foster a positive studio experience.
Recognized certification in Pilates or group fitness; additional qualifications in sports science, physiotherapy, or related fields are beneficial.
Strong communication skills, professionalism, and the ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
Experience working in a fitness studio or wellness environment is preferred; commitment to ongoing learning and development is highly valued.
